Message	same shape cosmetically as the 90 then it's a better choice for you. Suede interior, pillar mounted seat belts, air bags, new style injectors etc. You can still chip it and mod it lightly without issue. Plus the maintenance is all up to date. The tweed in the early cars really makes the interior look dated.
